Robo Call Wk 5 - Principal Neely It is the 5th week of the school year already and it’s progress report time! 5th Progress Reports will be mailed by the district Friday, 10/9/20! Please make certain you reach out the office staff (Not Principal Neely) to ensure your address is updated in the system. We will not copy or email copies. Attendance Challenge: Our Ray Warriors are rocking our attendance percentage! The following classes won the 4 week attendance challenge: Room 115- 1st, Ms. Webb, Room 312 - 5th, Dr. James, Room 313 - 5th, Ms. Montney, Room 304 - 8th, Mr. Albrecht All together, there are a total of 13 classes achieving perfect attendance for 3 days or more for the first five weeks of school! All 13 classes are invited to... The Back to school packet return challenge! Thus far our winners are.. 1st Place - PreK, Ms. Mormolstein, 2nd Place -PreK, Ms. Hall, 3rd - Kindergarten, Ms. Maltz Our Hispanic Heritage Celebration will be announced next week. There were 20 classes with one or more days of 100% attendance! Tied in second place with 4 days of perfect attendance Room 115, 1st grade- Ms. Webb's class Room 212, 1st & 2nd grades- Ms. Sheridan's class Room 207, 4th grade - Ms. Wejman Room 209, 4th grade - Ms. Lemberis And first place goes to a class with perfect attendance every day last week... Room 405, Preschoolers in Ms. Bethanie Smith's class!!! All winners earned a special treat! The pickup date or virtual delivery will be announced next week. WAY TO GO RAY WARRIORS! Let's keep it going. We will start our week 4 attendance challenge Monday, 9/28/20.

Congratulations to Tirzah Scott room 209 and Ms. Cynthia Rainey & Ms. Sheila Tines! They were the first Ray Stakeholders (adults tied) to identify our mystery announcer! A very special thank you from Principal Neely. She was thrilled to meet with all students last week during grade level town hall meetings. She is looking forward to meeting with the Principal Student Advisory Committee soon. One student from each class, Prek-8th grade will be invited to join. Starting next week, we are implementing class incentives for Ray Warrior Success in the areas of attendance, Back to school packet submission and RL class participation with cameras on.
